This is a compiled list of Terms and Conditions for registration and class attendance for baby massage and baby yoga

We cannot offer refunds if classes are missed for any reason. Natalie will be happy to 'catch you up' with any information you have missed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless Little happy humans are unable to run the course you have paid for. Little Happy Humans reserve the right to cancel a course or a single session due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not met.
The massage course is suitable for babies aged 4 weeks until actively crawling and must be under 1 years of age.
The yoga course is suitable from a minimum of 8 weeks.
If your baby has any medical conditions, it is the parents' responsibility to seek your GPs advice and get approval prior to attending.
Little happy humans will supply the oil in week 1 of the course. It is 100% organic cold pressed sunflower oil. It is the parents' responsibility to carry out a patch test 24 hours before using for massage.
Little happy humans are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the sessions. In no event will Little happy humans/ Natalie Williams be liable to you for any claims as a result.

Terms and conditions Hypnobirthing

Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for booking your course with Little happy humans.

These terms and conditions form your contract with us. Any booking assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellation

In the event that your baby arrives early, and all sessions of your course were due to take place before your 37th week of pregnancy, a refund will be offered. If your baby arrives part way through a course, you will be offered a pro-rata refund for the weeks missed.

In the unlikely event that the course needs to be cancelled, you would also receive a full refund.

Using Hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice of or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy or labour of a qualified Medical Practitioner, Midwife or Obstetrician. It does not represent an alternative to appropriate medical care or for professional medical advice in any way shape or form.

Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person is undertaken with the understanding that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against little happy humans/Natalie Williams.

All course material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction. I accept no responsibility for any of the decisions you make in regards to your pregnancy and birth.

Little happy humans/Natalie Williams accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury caused by taking part in any physical activity on the courses. When taking part in any physical activity on our courses, you are responsible for ensuring your space and equipment are safe to use. If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst attending a course you should immediately seek the advice of your Midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.

Little happy humans/Natalie Williams accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage to any property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes.

Little happy humans/Natalie Williams shall be entitled to change the course venue specified in the booking form to another venue without liability. every endeavor will be made to stay within the local area.
